• Facilitating home sample collection by chosen laboratories.

2. Role of NidanSetu

It is important to understand our role:

• Neutral Platform: We do not influence your choice of laboratory. We provide a unbiased comparison tool, and the decision to select a lab is entirely yours.
• Intermediary Only: We are not a laboratory, clinic, or medical facility. We are just a medium to connect you with service providers.

3. Laboratory Verification

While we verify laboratories with their required certificates before allowing them on our platform, NidanSetu does not guarantee the clinical accuracy of the reports provided by the labs. Clinical responsibility lies solely with the laboratory performing the test.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete personal details for booking.
• Ensure availability at the designated address for home sample collection.
• Pay the laboratory charges as displayed or agreed upon through the platform.

5. Sample Collection

Sample collection is performed by the laboratories, not by NidanSetu. The laboratory is responsible for the professional conduct of their staff and the safe transit of samples to their facility.

6. Limitation of Liability

NidanSetu shall not be liable for any medical issues, inaccurate test results, or delays caused by the laboratories. Any disputes regarding the quality of medical service or reports must be handled directly with the chosen laboratory.

7. Account Termination and Data Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time through the "Delete Account" button provided in the sidebar. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and your personal data will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
